About the Association
PRAHO! project is a registered association that operates in a transparent and open way. In this section, we publish key documents and information about our governance – from statutes and annual reports to records from general assemblies. Our aim is to provide easy access to all essential information about how the association functions.
Statutes
The statutes define the legal framework and core principles of the association. They are revised and updated every year at the General Assembly, which takes place at the beginning of the year in the circle of the project’s founders.
Annual Reports
Every year we prepare an overview of our activities, finances, and achievements. The annual reports not only summarise what we have accomplished, but also reflect on challenges we face and outline our plans for the future. They serve as a tool of transparency and collective reflection.
General Assemblies
The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the association, held annually at the beginning of the year. It is a space for evaluating the past year, approving the annual report and budget, revising the statutes, and setting the main priorities for the next period.
