Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between PRAHO! project, ID No. 19347197, registered at Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10 (the “Seller”), and customers purchasing goods through the online store at www.prahoproject.com (the “Buyer”).
Definitions
Price: the amount listed for each product, including VAT.
Goods: products offered in our online shop.
Order: the Buyer’s proposal to enter into a purchase contract.
Purchase Contract: a contract concluded once the Seller confirms the Order by e-mail.
Buyer: a natural or legal person purchasing from the online shop.
Seller: PRAHO! project, ID No. 19347197.
Informace
Orders and Contract Formation
- Orders may be placed via the shopping cart available on www.prahoproject.com.
- The Purchase Contract is concluded once the Buyer receives an e-mail confirmation of the Order from the Seller.
- The Seller may reject an Order in case of unavailability of goods, technical errors, or suspicion of misuse.
Price and Payment Methods
- All prices are listed including VAT.
- Accepted payment methods:
- online card payment via Stripe,
- cash or card payment upon personal collection (if offered).
- The Seller is a VAT payer.
Delivery of Goods
- Goods will be delivered to the address specified in the Order.
- Standard dispatch time is 2–5 business days, unless stated otherwise.
- The risk of damage to goods passes to the Buyer upon acceptance of the delivery from the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
- A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- To withdraw, simply send an e-mail to objednavky@prahoproject.cz including:
- your name,
- order number,
- product being returned,
- date of receipt.
- Returned goods must be complete and undamaged.
- The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method originally provided.
Claims and Warranty
- Goods are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months.
- A claim may be submitted by e-mail to objednavky@prahoproject.cz.
- To speed up the process, please include:
- order number,
- product name,
- description of the defect,
- photo of the defect (if possible).
- Claims will be processed within 30 days.
- In the event of a justified claim, the Buyer is entitled to:
- repair of the defect,
- replacement of the goods, or
- a refund.
Personal Data Protection
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Order, ensuring delivery, performing accounting obligations, and communication.
- Detailed information on data processing is provided in our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
- Personal data is shared only with payment service providers and carriers to the extent necessary for fulfilling the Order.

Final Provisions
- These Terms are effective as of 11 December 2025.
- The Seller may amend these Terms; the current version is always available on the website.
- The legal relationships between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
