PRAHO! Collective Leader
I’ve been part of the project for a relatively short time, although I’ve been following the work created within it for several years.
One morning, a friend sent me an Instagram post saying, “This is totally a place for you!” I trusted both her and my intuition and responded to the open call. The first introductory call with Annamarie and Kačí felt like a true balm for the soul. In that moment, I realized how deeply I wanted to be part of this community.
Two years ago, I found myself in a toxic relationship that I had been wanting to leave for quite some time. Back then, in the restroom of my favorite café, I came across a testimony that gave me immense courage and strength to finally walk away. For me, PRAHO! represents a kind of safe little home, with endless space for sharing and kindness.
If I had to describe the project in one word, it would beMEANINGFULNESS.

Where do you feel the connection between yourself and others?
As a yoga teacher, I feel the strongest connection with others through movement, breath, and mutual sharing. When we allow ourselves to become children again.
For whom or for what does your heart beat?
For things that carry meaning. For simply being.
What is most precious to you in life?
Freedom, family, friends, and health. This is my most precious combination.
When do you feel truly alive?
WhenI sing my favorite song,I walk in the mountains,I laugh with friends,I am aware of my breathing,I am in nature.
